Rosbank Partnerships

The Rosbank and the Road Together Charity Foundation announce applications for the Second Contest of the Charitable Program " We can More " . The project aims to bring together non-profit organizations and the bank to provide systemic assistance to persons with disabilities of all ages, namely, creating conditions for their social and economic integration. Among the Programme ' s priorities are: development of innovative methods and means of social rehabilitation; development of inclusive education; further education; reduction of barriers to employment; promotion of partnerships between non-profit organizations (NCBs) and government and municipal institutions in this area; and development of public understanding of the importance of assistance to persons with disabilities.
We believe that the task of assisting persons with disabilities in Russia and their professional integration is indeed important and relevant. This is a key activity in our Charity Policy. We see a steady move in this direction in our country, but much remains to be done. The experience of our financial group Societe Generale in France is interesting. In 2007, to promote the employment of persons with disabilities, the Unit established the Mission Handicap programme, successfully working in partnership with many French non-profit organizations.
From 16 March to 29 April 2016, Rosbank and the Road Together Charity Foundation invite non-profit organizations to participate in a grant competition to fund projects for persons with disabilities.
Public associations and charitable foundations, as well as public and municipal institutions, are invited to participate in the Second Competition.
The competition will take place in six cities: Catherineburg, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Lower Novgorod, Kazan, Ufa. In each region, the programme was supported by local administrations.
At least 6 grants to 600,000 roubles each will be paid to the finalists. An independent expert council, composed of representatives of non-profit organizations, local administrations and persons with disabilities in active life, will decide on funding.
